It was great. My only complaint was it took the staff close to 3 minutes before they acknowledged me. I understand they may have been going through handover or discussing strategies, but a quick hello give us a minute would have been nice.

We felt pampered here- the amenities, ( coffee, toiletries, bedding, living room set up) were top notch. The staff were also excellent, from the valet to the concierge and the staff at the Kamper rooftop, all very helpful and gracious. Our brief stay in Detroit was enhanced by the Roost Hotel.

I really liked the entire experience. The room was a good size for a studio. Had drinking glasses, water a large fridge, stove, etc The choices in restaurants right in the building was awesome. Staff was so friendly too. It was just a great time.
