The location is great! Close to the express way and plenty od nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Downside is that the ice machine as been down for quite some time. Not sure if they plan to fix it, when asked they just say "we called and we dont know when they'll be out". It also gets noisy at times due to the children running around playing on the stairs.

Room we were given was not the one we reserved in advance. Tv remote did not work, we went ant got new batteries and it still didn't work. Bathroom was not very clean. Only positive was the bed was quite comfortable. However, our overall experience was very, very disappointing.

This was a last minute decision to stay the night, and the motel wasn’t terrible, but not great. Cons: The bathroom doors had 5 holes in it, smelt like cigs, shower leaked on floor, and under the bed there was debris. Pros: Nice bed, came with fridge and TV close to gas station, not noisy, and close to a gym.

Dirty hotel room, toilet hasnt been cleaned had dried up pee at the base Shower curtain was very dirty smelled of urine. Walls had dirt and dried up food on them. Hotel needs to be cleaned very bad.

The service in the office was great ! The rooms have plumbing issues and broken drawers in the rooms. My 12 year old son and I were sleeping and woke up to at least an inch of water all over the floor drenching our clothing and belongings. The front office gave us a different room but did not accommodate the $70’s in laundry I had to do at the laundromat.
Plumbing mess that has been an existing matter at the property. We had 2 garbage bags of clothes that were drenched along with 2 pair of ruined shoes .
This was after the inch of water was up off the floor and drenched our clothes not to mention 10 degrees that made it mostly ice
More plumbing mess. The staff didn’t even offer to accommodate us other than giving us another room

My stay over new years

I was pleased with the price and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in while on the road. The shower was good and so were the towels. The tv was adequate but barely! On the negative side, people made a racket above me and beside me every night into the wee hours. It was disturbing and it went on for 4 nights. It sounded like someone was working on building something or repairing something. Outside in the parking area right outside my door was a car jacked up with a tire removed and some of the suspension lying underneath it. In 50 years of travel this was a first and I must say it left a negative impression on me as I would never let someone repair their car in my parking lot if I ran a hotel. Makes the place look less hospitable in my opinion. Overall, aside from the noise, it was very adequate and I’ll probably stay there again to see if the second time is an improvement over the first visit! Also, the room could use usb outlets on the bedside table. That is very common in hotels as I travel!
