We had a room with a constant hum. We thought it might be the AC so we turned it even though it made the room warm. Didn’t solve the problem. We didn’t want to change rooms because we were late arrivals. The noise was most intense at bed height so sleep was impossible. Told staff next morning. They were sympathetic but offered no accommodation. We’re cancelling an upcoming reservation and staying somewhere else.

Rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. However, be mindful that running the AC can disrupt sleep quality. It was noisy. We couldn't figure out what the noise what was all about but figured it out in the morning when turning it off prior to our departure. Not a big deal but if you have trouble sleeping bc of noise take note of it.
