The property is in a great, walkable area- the bed is really comfortable, but the property is nothing fancy and has a few things I would be aware of like lots of dust and my tv unfortunately didn't work. I did love the windows and blinds and that you get a full kitchen and washer and dryer. If you are a stickler on stays, like I can be- I would pass on this for the price. If you aren't as picky, it's a decent stay.

This place this was nice but it was very misleading. The app stated there was a luggage storage place for free however once I arrived that was not the case…the person at the front desk stated that I could just leave my luggage behind the front desk. There was no secure place to leave my luggage. The front desk person stated to not worry about my luggage as there was security cameras at all times but there wasn’t always a person at the front desk at all times. Thankfully nothing was missing from my luggage but still made me feel a bit uncomfortable and uncertain hoping nobody would steal my bags because honestly any other guest could have just walked up and stolen the bags too. The check in process was easily done through the Sonder app. The location was good walkable to other parts of the city but the actual building and apartment was outdated for the price I paid it was not worth it. This place was expensive for no reason. The place definitely looks nicer in the pictures than in reality…I would not recommend staying here. The walls are so thin…I could hear noises at all times from the other rooms near me and from the room above me or anytime someone walked out in the hallway as there was a big crack underneath the door. The towels were old and super thin. The towels had holes in them. The place is very narrow and small but okay as I was not spending much time at the place. Also, the room did not have too many power electrical outlets.

I had a really good experience. I would just say that the cleanliness of the place wasn’t the best. I had to sweep my room floor. I had to wipe coffee stains off the table. There were also pieces of food on the counter. I arrived and the lobby wasn’t the cleanest. I would say that the overall room was nice. The sheets were clean. The room was really quiet. I loved the view from my windows. I would stay there again because the price was really affordable. I would just hope that my room was cleaned properly. I can tell that whomever cleaned it did a rush job. I don’t think that was very hospitable. The location was awesome.

This is a funky property, retrofitted into the hotel, but it need of a little more maintenance: elevators are shabby; room carpets need a clean and dusting could be better; no door on our 1 bedroom apt (and no window or fan in that bedroom, so misleading and not comfortable). Well-equipped with washer/dryer etc. The 'Sonder' -branded coffee provided was truly bad, but luckily I brought my own. Great that the windows opened in the main room for real air. Nice, helpful people at the front desk, and great location for the conference at Huntington place. I paid premium pricing compared to some colleagues so also felt the value was low given the high cost per night. Still would recommend.

We ended up leaving instead of staying overnight as planned. The check-in process was super difficult. The app wouldn't work/kept crashing, and I had to call for assistance. After 8 minutes (no exaggeration) on hold, I finally got someone to speak with to help. We checked in and our room was dark with minimal lighting. The mattress was hard and old, and the "paper" sheet covering the mattress was torn. The sheets were the quality of $20. I can't believe we paid over $300 to stay there. Would never recommend to anybody.

Great Stay.

The apartment was great, and the location of the Sonder was conveniently located--just a few blocks away from the convention center. The apartment had a great view, a comfortable bed, and an awesome couch. There was plenty of space. There were a few issues while I was there. The first issue had to do with my apartment. there was a leak in the kitchen. While maintenance did take care of the leak, there was very little communication. I contacted the Sonder management through the app, but then heard nothing. Before I left for the day, I let the front desk attendant know, but they didn't seem interested. When I returned, I had to ask the same front desk attendant about any updates or the status of the repair. The attendant simply said that maintenance fixed the issue, but I was not notified via text or email--I had to ask. Aside from the lack of communication, my stay was great. I do have to mention that photo on the hotels.com website of the Sonder does not resemble the actual location of the Sonder. Also, there are not too many businesses or restaurants that open late in the immediate area, but there are some great restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. So if you arrive late be sure to pack a snack.
