1st the room was nasty and old walls dirty silverware nasty and like they were put in a blender couldn't eat off them couch look like someone was having sex on it b4 qe walked in. 2nd night there the water heater broke woke up to water all in kitchen and dining area .they finally relocated us to to aslightly better room overall stayi would rate 2 out of 10 hotel sucks staff tried to help as best as possible.

The staff claim they could not find my booking and I never got a refund even I kept my money. I am very upset. I double booked this room as well for 111 each and the hotel claim they never got the booking when I called Expedia to try to help me, they did not help me either so I just lost 200.
