The staff at the front desk were very nice. The location was good. But… The room wasn’t completely clean. There was still food in the fridge. The TV didn’t work because someone changed it to HTMI and pulled a cable. There was a bus of teenagers who were loud both evening and morning. Someone propped the back door open at some point. The parking in the back was dark. The breakfast was mostly gone when we got there. None of the tables were clean. Our shower had 2 conditioners… no shampoo. WillI stay there again? Definitely not.

The housekeeping did my room even though I had a DND tag on my door and I had a bunch of personal belongings around. And when I told the front desk they didn’t offer anything to me as compensation. They just said sorry and moved on. If that hadn’t happened I would have stayed there again.

Parking was not the best. Back entrance was broke so you had to walk around to the front. Seemed like the noise level was louder than an average hotel environment. Like there wasn’t much insulation or sound deadening. Bathroom was nice but floor felt grimy. And perhaps it was because I showed up at the end of breakfast time,but i passed on what was there.

The carpets were dirty, there was trash on the floor around the stairs, the outside side door was questionable if it fully closed and locked. The property between hotel and restaurant had trash everywhere.

The overall facility was dirty. Bags of trash were in the middle of the floor. The room's floor was dirty as well and the walls had marks everywhere. Honestly, I am surprised how good and kind the staff is considering the conditions this hotel offers to its guests.
