I could not have been more pleased with everything from start to finish. the service Here was excellent. The staff was very welcoming everybody from front desk to valet. The location was ideally situated for me. Hotel was exceptionally clean and I was very comfortable here.

Really nice hotel and amazing service. Had a great time at the rooftop bar as well as dining in the restaurant- excellent food! Great location with plenty to do nearby in Corktown. Would definitely stay here again!

When I arrived at the property the lobby wqs overrun with guest, I asumed that it was just a busy Saturday afternoon at check in time. I arrive at the front desk and was told by a gentleman that there were no rooms available at the moment (even though I had a reservation) he had nonETA of when a room would become availabe. He said that housekeeping was behind. That explained why the lobby was filled with people and checked in luggage. I pleaded with the gentleman because I had an event to perform at that i could not miss and I needed my room to get dressed.He kept giving excuses but no solutions, so I asked the gentleman if there would be any additional accommodation or refund given for not having any rooms avaliable after check in time. He said no. I asked for the manger, he said that she was waiting on the other line and I would have to wait until the line cleared to speak to her. I waited until she was avaliable. I explained my situation to her and she took care of me right away. Her name is Diamond and she was AMAZING!! I could not thank her enough!! I offered her coffee or lunch and she declined and said that it was her job and her pleasure. Diamond was helpful, courteous, and kind! The property is very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was lovely and the rooftop was a vibe. I would definitely stay again! Thank you Diamond!!
