Updated charming 2ND unit city place with BIG yard
Cute quaint quite updated 2 bed 1 bath 1050 sq ft second floor unit in a charming historical neighborhood. There is an attached private grassy lot barricaded with trees, fire pit, and patio. Everything you could want is within walking distance or under 1 block. Keyless main and back entrances to gain entry to building as well as to gain entry to front and back of 2nd floor unit. Located within close proximity to downtown Detroit. My husband and I live just a couple miles away if you needed anything in person. We are happy to speak over the phone.
