Pet friendly but yard should be cleaned between stays. I understand not easy to do in Dec but we felt poop hadn’t been picked up for quite some time. Fairly clean home but could be improved. Picked up chewed gum off floor, cup under couch, earring and safety pin off liv room and bedroom carpets. The perfume smell very strong in entire house. Overall, worked for us.
