Convenient stay for an early flight out of DTW, with a free shuttle on the half hour to either terminal... Clean and tidy. Like to watch planes land and takeoff before you fly? This is the place. Front desk staff was awesome and so was the restaurant staff.

Restroom was really tight. It was unfortunate that the elevator stopped working and I had to carry all of my things down the stairs from the 3rd floor. I also wish the restaurant was open at noon. I had flown in from out of town and had to kill time for a few hours in the middle of the day, but there was no where to go. The staff is nice though and the place was clean.

The original room I was placed in was nothing like the displayed room on the website. I spoke to the front desk. She changed rooms for me however, the second room toilet was dirty. I also did not like the fact that there was no parking available. I had to park almost on the grass. The front desk lady that checked me in was very nice.

The elevator was broke. They put a 94 year old in the third floor and staff wouldn’t help her we had to. Breakfast looked all rotten and nothing cooked just cereal bagels and yogurt. Booked for 4 people and only two towels I. The room called for more and had to go get my own

Poor experience. Not very clean. Lobby bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned for days. Check in knowing we had 3 people traveling and only two towels in room. No notices of time of breakfast or amenities. Front desk always empty. No staff present.
