We didn’t make breakfast any of the mornings so I can’t say. Our only issue was the parking lot - ice in almost every parking spot. We couldn’t use any of the handicap spots as there was ice in all of them. My husband uses a cane so i had to drive around in order to find a spot that he or myself could get out safely. Most spots were not close enough so I had to drop him off at the front door and pick him back up at the front door upon leaving. Other than the ice we were quite happy with our stay.

The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. The ladies working the breakfast buffet were so nice. My only negatives are the tiny pool and no hot tub. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay and close to restaurants and the lake.

The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet! The staff were all very friendly, polite and very helpful. We travel to Detroit Lakes a lot and we love to stay at the Fairview whenever we can. It’s right across from one of the lakes there and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

Staff was friendly. Nice area with playgrounds and restaurants in walking distance. Nice lake with dock for fishing across the street. Pool is small but otherwise nice facility.
