This beautifully renovated one bedroom self contained Apartment with full kitchen and laundry sits within the grounds of this Heritage listed home "Silwood" which is Queen Ann/Victoria built in 1900. On the original site of the apartment was the wash house and dairy which supplied the local community with milk, cream and butter. Your experience as guests to this unique property will be a warm and homely country feel and being welcomed with home-made bread, local bacon, eggs, yoghurt, juice, milk, etc...your hosts Yvonne and Glen live in the main residence and can offer the guests information on places to see and do in the area.

Beside each bed has a bedside table with small night lamps.
Extra person is $50 including their breakfast provisions. Maximum of 3 guests.
The lounge area has 2 x 2 seat lounge, coffee table and smart TV.
There are two luggage racks available for you to sit your suitcases on.
The kitchen as an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, Coffee machine, kettle, pots, plates, glassware, utensils and cooking oils and sprays, gladwrap, foil and baking paper to assist in cooking.
The separate generous sized bathroom contains double hand basins, roomy shower, towels, facewashes and complimentary toiletries.
The laundry has a washing machine and condenser dryer. An air rack, Iron and ironing board are also available.
