NEW RENTAL located in the heart of Dewey Beach, this beautifully renovated villa offers more than just a serene atmosphere. With ocean views from the large deck off the living room, as well as the master bedroom, you'll also find two additional bedrooms with balconies to enjoy the summer breeze. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath property also boasts a spacious gourmet kitchen with a balcony perfect for morning coffee or enjoying a cocktails after long day at the beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, water sports, bars, and best of all just steps from digging your toes into the soft sand of Dewey Beach. Property has 2 parking spaces available and 2 additional parking passes will be provided.
NOTE: Property does not rent to High School students. All reservations are required to sign a rental agreement. The individual signing the rental agreement is responsible for all guests and must be present during the entire stay.
LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bed spreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillow cases and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $80 admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date then 100% refund will be provide (less $80 admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date then 50% refund will be provided (less $80 admin fee)

PET DISCLAIMER: THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS UP TO 2 DOGS DURING GUEST STAY ONE DOG IS $200 AND TWO DOGS ARE $300. PRIOR TO SUBMITTING BOOKING REQUEST. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH SUNSET RENTALS THE DOGS BREED AND AGE AS SOME MAY BE EXCLUDED.
