Welcome to Snug Harbor, your perfect retreat in the heart of Dewey Beach! Crabbing, fishing, paddleboarding, strolling into town, or down to the ocean for a skim; we offer it all.

With two separate entrances and two screened porches our property is ideal for families seeking both togetherness and alone time. Enjoy the recently replenished private beach, complete with fresh sand and bulkhead.

Our cozy townhome, nestled in a small, gated condo complex, offers clean, comfortable accommodations with spectacular bay and beach views. Whether you're lounging on the private sandy beach or relaxing on one of our porches, you'll feel right at home.

We prioritize your satisfaction, ensuring everything is in order for your 4 P.M. check-in. If anything falls short of your expectations, let us know immediately so we can make it right.

Please note that guests provide their own linens (sheets, towels etc.), but rental options are available through Coastal Beach Services at 302.260-7021. Additionally, two parking passes are left for you to use during your stay (May 15-September 15). Remember to leave both parking passes upon your departure, or you will need to replace them.

Before booking, please share your vacation expectations with us to ensure a perfect fit. Please note we do have a no party group policy so there aren't any misunderstandings. Once confirmed, you'll have access to all the comforts of home in close proximity to both the bay and ocean. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 7 people comfortably, pets are not permitted because of severe allergies; party groups (Senior Week etc.) and primary renters under 30 years of age are not allowed by the Condominium Association.

Plan to explore Dewey Beach on foot, bike, boat, or trolley, and don't miss the charming shops, restaurants, and nightlife. If you're looking for a beach break, there's a children's playground one block north, and miniature golf range up the street on Rt. 1. For a memorable day trip, hop on the Jolley Trolley to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk or explore the nearby outlet shopping.

Please respect our private pier and beach regulations, and plan to enjoy our townhome year-round, with plenty of special events and activities to experience in every season. We welcome one kayak, canoe, or paddleboard per rental, stored on the south side of the beach at your own risk. No motorized watercraft please.

Town of Dewey Beach city taxes are included in cleaning fee as instructed by VRBO.

Remotes are used to work HVAC/ ceiling fans and tv. Parking permits (2) must be returned when you leave to avoid a $250.00 fee per permit.

Location is excellent. Only 2 block walk to the ocean, and a small private bay access right on the property with sand buckets and shovels provided. Since there was 4 adults and 2 kids in our party it was alittle tight so we really enjoyed screened outdoor sitting areas. A short walk to resturants and morning coffee, but far enough away from the loud music restaurants.We had 2 cars and we were able to park both free. Host is quick to respond and more than helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Snug Harbor in Dewey Beach. Located on the bay with the most gorgeous sunset on a private beach with dock. The ocean beach was in quick walking distance. We enjoyed both beaches during our stay. Including sunrises in the ocean and sunsets on the bay. The condo home was perfect for our family, clean and cozy. The two screened in porches enjoyable addition to this home. The host was very responsive. Perfect home for a family of 6 or less. During our stay we explored many local areas: Dewey Beach, Rehoboth (shopping, boardwalk, beach), Lewes (Cape Henlopen State Park) and we took a beautiful costal drive to Ocean City Maryland and Assateague State Park to see the wild Horses. We ate at many restaurants our favorite was Arena’s Deli & Bar in Rehoboth. Highly recommend this area. We visited during off season so traffic was more than manageable.

Great bayside location!

We had a great weekend stay at this comfortable two level home. The location is excellent. Right on the bay with it's own little beach. And a short walk to the ocean (and many restaurants. Parking was also a big plus. As advertised, this unit was quiet all weekend. So close to the action, but far enough for peace. The weather was hot, but the unit stayed cool for the most part. Great place for friends, a family, or a couple. Also great communication from an attentive owner. We would gladly stay again.

I love this property!

I love this condo! The owner is fantastic and super responsive in the rare event that there is an issue. The location is unbeatable - on the bay with a short walk to the ocean. There is convenient parking on a quiet street. The view from the condo and the private beach cannot be beat. We will definitely stay again :)

Dated, Damp and Uncomfortable

This place is in a fantastic location but the unit itself was disappointing. If you don’t care about amenities and just want a home base to get to the beach then this place might work for you. The property had a damp, mildew odor and the mattress probably 20 years old, and 6” thick. I can deal with a lot but unpleasant odors and lack of sleep can really change the vibe of a vacation. Breakfast on the deck looking over the bay and the private beach were highlights. Right in the heart of Dewey you can’t beat the location.

Dewey VRBO

The rental was really nice. Very clean and exceptionally quiet. Loved the private beach. Our granddaughters loved paddle boarding and my wife and I enjoyed sitting under the big tree and on the pier in the evening. I felt the picture presented for the unit we stayed in was misleading. It looked to our family that we were renting the place in the front directly on the beach. My wife and I out in our 70’s and the stairs were a little tough for us. Maybe my fault for not digging deeper into the specs but maybe a 1st picture of the actual unit would have helped me look into it a little closer. Still, when we got to our bedroom we enjoyed our private deck.

Dewey Beach Stay

The host Cynthia made sure the property was up to par. She addressed all of my questions above and beyond. Since I was traveling with two autistic children and my neurotypical child the condo met all of their needs! The property manager Darlene was a gem! I would love to stay at this condo again!

Amazing retreat!

I truly loved waking up in the morning and having coffee with a water view while sitting on the adorable outdoor porch. The living area was perfectly for long walks down memory lane. The location was close enough that I could join my adult children at the bars and eateries but also a quick walk home to relax and be by the bay. I am a picky person (especially when it comes to finding a place with good vibes) and this one passes my test with flying colors.

Location is ideal
a small beach on the bayside makes it easy for younger children to get outside quickly. The ocean is a walk away. There’s a nice playground down the street. The home worked for our family with 2 children under 4
and 5 adults. But space-wise 4 adults would be more comfortable. The kitchen is a galley - small space , a disposal would be an improvement. Otherwise, we had a good stay there, saw sunsets from the porch. Our host, Cindy was great
responded quickly and pleasant to work with. It’s a great spot for a small family!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second stay and it was just as good as our first. The owner is great at communication and clearly cares about her guests. Wonderful location with fishing and crabbing on the dock. The beach and restaurants were a short walk. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return next year!
