Gorgeous 5 bedroom Home With Fabulous Ocean Views and 4 Master Suites

Constructed in 2003 and significantly renovated in 2014, this residence presents captivating views of Dillon Beach, Tomales Bay, and the Pacific Ocean from its unobstructed bluff. Boasting over 3,200 square feet of living space adorned with impressive woodwork and top-notch finishes, it now showcases 4 master suites, each furnished with a King-size bed and the aforementioned scenic views. Additionally, a library with a Queen-sized wall bed and its own full bath adds flexibility to the sleeping arrangements.

In total, there are 4 King-sized beds, 1 Queen-sized wall bed, a full-sized sofa bed, and a sectional sofa that can be configured into a spacious bed or two smaller beds. The 5.5 baths are unparalleled in the area. Three fireplaces, including two in bedrooms, contribute to the cozy ambiance. The well-appointed kitchen opens to the living and dining area, where walls of windows provide the same breathtaking views.

However, the most alluring feature of this stunning home is its 1000-square-foot, bi-level, slate deck—ideal for enjoying meals, barbecues, the hot tub, sunrises, sunsets, and, of course, stargazing. A generously-sized game room offers Ping-Pong and Foosball tables, making it a perfect retreat for large families or groups.

You'll also find valuable information about local restaurants, wineries, and exciting activities in the area. Our vacation rentals come fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes with them from October through April, while hot tubs, if available, are heated at no extra charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

While this property is an amazing space for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Please note that outdoor amplified music is prohibited at vacation rentals in the County and campers are not allowed in the driveway. Surveillance cameras and decimal meters are placed to monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time staying at the Dolphin Den in Dillon Beach—this beautiful home was the perfect place for a holiday getaway. Every room was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed, making it easy for everyone to relax comfortably. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, which made it easy and enjoyable to cook and share meals together. We especially loved the incredible view and how close we were to the beach, which became a daily highlight for our whole group—overall, an excellent stay and we would happily return!

Wonderful stay at this home that easily accommodated 6 adults and our little children. Excellently supplied kitchen, wonderful deck and views from all rooms, comfortable beds and bedding. We enjoyed hot tub and game room. Good move to bring groceries w us since major grocery store is 30 min away.

The property had 4 large rooms with very comfortable beds. It stated that it can sleep 12 but the futon bed in one of the rooms was very uncomfortable. The pull out couch in the garage was not made up and broken. The Murphy bed And all other beds were great. Randy was very responsive. The house was the perfect size for our family ... especially the "man cave" play room. Our four grandsons had great fun hanging out in that room .... playing pool, ping pong, doing their "Navy seal training" workouts! But the fold out couch bed definitely needs to be either repaired or replaced. The view of the beach and bay from each bedroom and the kitchen/family room was mesmerizing. The kitchen had almost every conceivable cooking utensil, cookware, silverware and glassware needed to host a large family with large appetites ! The only applicance that did not work was the coffee maker. We hope to return to Dillon Beach for another family event and would definitely consider booking this property.Thank you

Great house! Coffee maker didn’t work. (But, of course they provided a French press, so problem solved). That’s the one and only not glowing comment. They had every imaginable kitchen need taken care of! Garage fridge a real plus. Really comfortable for our family reunion!

Perfect location for a big group

Dolphin's Den was a great space to celebrate our Mom's 90th birthday with grandkids and all. The home sits on a bluff and when the fog cleared it was spectacular. The game room (garage) was a great escape for the grandkids to play ping-pong and billiards. If you plan on staying in for meals, note that there are not larger grocery stores in the area (Petaluma is closest).

Girls getaway on Dillon Beach

This house was perfect for a long weekend getaway for 9 friends who have known each other for 40 years. We wanted a house with a big and comfortable living room space, a large dining table for our meals, a beautiful outdoor deck with a fabulous view of the ocean, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfectly Comfortable for Family of 11

Dolphin Den is such an awesome house. We had our 3 adult kids and spouses, their 3 kids, and my husband and me. Each family had our own space using each of the 4 master bedrooms. We loved the open floor plan downstairs including the large dining table. When not at the beach or going for a walk, we spent a considerable amount of time on the deck and game room. Randy was very responsive to a few questions we had. The only item I gave 4 stars to was check-in. It was my own issue but worth mentioning. When we arrived at the house, I attempted to get to the link previously provided in an email and a text. It included the check-in procedure along with the code to get inside. I had no internet. Fortunately, I was able to get a connection running up the driveway to the road. I cut and pasted the directions to a document and all was good. I have T-mobile for my phone service and without the Wi-Fi (which was great once I connected to it) my phone service was pretty poor in that area. Other services that our kids have seemed to work better.

Gorgeous views in Dillon Beach

The house was great for our family’s Christmas gathering. The house was so well laid out, with stunning views. The kitchen was well equipped and we could all be together cooking and playing games. The game room in the garage was a huge plus, and we all loved playing pool and ping pong. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: lovely home, lovely property, great outside deck, great beds and great showers. Great water views! Cons: Not ONE piece of comfortable furniture to sit on. Fancy stove, not user friendly, very difficult to operate. Dishwasher problem; unable to handle heavy stoneware. Outside grill, only 2 burners worked and it needs cleaning. Power outages caused hot water system to shut down. When we first spoke with agent, they neglected to say it would need to be reset. This item needs to be included in instructions for the property.

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin's Den, the views are amazing from every room, upstairs and down! The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook. The teens and young adults loved the game room. Short drive to the beach. Fun times were had by all!
