Property Description
Lake Dillon Condominiums 104 is a classic and comfortable 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on Lake Dillon with awesome mountain views. Sleeps 4. Walk right out to the lawn, the lakeshore and the recreation path in winter and summer. Living room has leather couch, flatscreen and queen sofabed. Condo has free unit WiFi and cable. Lake and southwestern decor accents. Tile baths. Dining area seats 4. Covered patio has seating for 4. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

~ Queen Sofabed in living room with full hall bath.

Parking
2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror.

Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Location
Walk to restaurants, cafes, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store. In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain or Arapahoe Basin, 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon and the new lake ice and hockey rink.

Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your patio. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

Great lakeshore condo with wonderful views and steps to bikepath and Lake Dillon.

Spent a couple of nights at this ground floor condo basically on Lake Dillon (there's a wonderful green space right outside the patio, then the bikepath and then the Lake). Beautiful view from inside and from the patio, especially when the Fall colors are awesome. Its in good shape, fully equipped and very clean on arrival. The price is very reasonable, but there are hefty additional costs, so make sure you check that. We'll stay there again to kayak and bike (great 18 mile loop around the Lake from right outside the patio).

Location is convenient, and there is a good view from back door, which we all like. We also like the 2 bathrooms and the barbeque in backyard.

Fantastic view!

The condo location and view were phenomenal. The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and me. The only negative was that there was an early check in fee. Never before in all our VRBO rentals did they charge for early check in if the condo was ready.

Lake Dillon week of 8/7/21

Fantastic location! Such a great view and so close to the marina, lake, trails, outlets, farmer’s market, water taxi, sailing camp, kayaking, paddle boarding, boat rentals! Great restaurants nearby also! We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Lake/Mountain Location!

Our stay was perfect from the ease of booking, communicating with the property manager, checking in and enjoying our 6 night stay. The condo was as described and had everything needed for our stay. The location was perfect from the lakefront views, close proximity to gas, groceries, shopping and restaurants, close access to dozens of hiking/biking trails and within 30 minutes to Copper Mountain, Vail and Breckenridge. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Weekend Getaway

The place was as-listed. Had no issues checking in and it had a lot of space to use. Parking is a little inconvenient if you have more than 2 cars, but the overnight parking area isn't too far away.

I specifically picked this condo based on online pictures of the patio and the view. What isn't mentioned online is that it's a shared space outside. Our neighbors monopolized the outdoor space and grill. We were looking for a relaxing, private getaway and had it been mentioned in the description that it was community space, I would have chosen something else. Condo was as described. Not updated, but not bad either. Overall average stay.

Great Location for Skiing

Nice place. Clean. Late check-in procedure was well communicated. Overpriced for holiday period. Kitchen and living room were large and comfortable. Couldn't figure out how to get the gas fireplace to work. Single bedroom with 2 queens - not optimal for privacy. Location is great - very close to Dillon Dam and shopping. Not enough parking - I had to park down the street one of the nights.
