Situated on the ground floor of a charming villa in Dinard (in a quiet and secure housing complex), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the first landing:

- A bright living room with a smart TV, a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed, an armchair and a storage cupboard.
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space. Carefully selected premium bedding.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and storage unit.
-A separate toilet

On the ground floor:

-A fully equipped kitchen. Whether you enjoy cooking or baking, you’ll find plenty of kitchen equipment on hand to help you prepare your finest meals! These include: a Senseo pod coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a 3-ring induction hob, an oven and a microwave, and a dishwasher.
- A dining table seating 6 guests, with direct access to the garden.
- A utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and cleaning equipment.
-Between the landing and the garden level, there are 7 steps to go down

If you’re travelling with a baby or young children, a high chair and a travel cot (without a mattress) are available in the house.

Outdoors:

- You have direct access to the shared garden, which is furnished with two small outdoor tables and four chairs. The garden is quiet and faces south-east.

And you won’t need to take your car, as the village centre is just a 400-metre walk away.
You can reach the centre of Dinard in under 20 minutes on foot at a ‘moderate’ pace. If you’d like, you can even follow the GR 34 trail from the end of Saint-Enogat beach to reach L’Écluse beach.

If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicle in a private above-ground parking space situated 15 metres from the accommodation. You can also park your vehicle on the street, where parking is free.
