Spotless apartment. Ideal for our stay as our son was only a 5 minute drive from here. Shops were a 20 minute walk but a nice walk. Bus stop at the end of the road. Would highly recommend

This property is easy to get to, very comfortable and roomy, and was just right for us while we explored the area. Everything was in good working order, and the check in was very straightforward. And a secure parking spot included was a bonus!

Nice quiet location. A bit remote so having a car is essential. There is a dedicated inside parking spot but it is very small. A Tesla M3 fit snugly but don't try parking anything bigger. Well appointed kitchen, convenient washer/dryer. The balcony is a nice place for breakfast but the view from it doesn't look out toward the bay. It was humid during my stay and the apartment doesn't have sufficient HVAC for humidity.

We had a wonderful two night stay, everything was as it appeared in the photos. Connor was very quick to respond, and was helpful in suggesting places of interest we could visit. He provided the necessities, plus a few little extras. There was even a binder that provided us with everything we needed to know about Ucluelet. I would definitely recommend this space to family and friends.

The property was exactly as described in the photos and by the reviews. Instructions to check in/out was clear. Bathroom shower gel/shampoo was provided. Kitchen had dishwasher fluid. Laundry machine equipped with detergent. WIFI had no issues. Windows provided cool breeze and no bugs. Place is located in a quiet area. Approximately 45 min taxi ride to downtown/cruise terminal. Quick 2-8 min waits for Uber. No complaints. Iron/board/vacuum also available.

Property was a great location to our daughter we were visiting. Everything was as described and host was very responsive to any questions I hade . Only thing that would be nice is a roating / pedisal fan as there is no air conditioning and got quit hot with no breeze outside. Fan that is there was small tabletop and quit noisy. Also all places we have stayed , check out is at 11am not 10am. Would definitely stay again . Was a great place !

Great place!

Paul was amazing to plan with. He was very communicative and the planning and instructions for check in and out were a breeze. The place does run a bit hot especially when the temperature is on the rise. Would love a fan but overall still a great place and would recommend if anyone was planning a small getaway.

Quiet safe and private

As a female travelling solo, it was important to feel safe. Controlled entry and parking. Quiet building and neighbourhood. So handy to have full kitchen and laundry facilities within unit. Totally private. Nothing within walking distance.so you would need a car and it has to be small to fit in the parking spot (e.g. I had a Nissan Sentra).I had a bit of trouble with the lock box, but property manager was very helpful! :)I would stay again

This place was perfect for what we needed in a cute neighborhood in North Vancouver. If you're looking for a spot, maybe if you want to go to Mt Seymour, this place was great!

Good but a bit tired

The property was in a lovely neighbourhood area a short distance away from north shore beach. The property was ample size for a couple and had good washing facilities although it didn't have a maiden to dry your washing on. The use of a car parking space was great and could be accessed via a lift to the underground. Space was only suitable for a small car though. The apartment was very warm and had no effective way of controlling the heat. There was 3 thermostat controls but no instructions and sadly the balcony was full of algae and bird poo and couldn't be used when it was so warm and this was what appealed to us at time of booking. We did contact the property manager as per instructions but received no reply, we then contacted the owner and received no reply. Fortunately, it was not a serious issue but inconvenient nonetheless. The kitchen cupboards had been hand painted and looked tired, also one side of the bed the slats were broken hence why there was a double mattress we suppose on the bed, but it made it very high. Finally, it would have been useful to have a few more kitchen items ie jug, small frying pan and lids for stockpot & large pan. It would have been good to have had an instruction booklet on the heating/ fire and a bit of information about the surrounding area.

Pleasant short stay

The location was easy to find. House key retrieval may be a bit tricky for people unfamiliar with realty locks, but not insurmountable. Our biggest problem was parking. The space provided is for small cars, and unfortunately our rental was not small. Visitor parking is available, but not for overnight (unless provided beforehand). There was street parking available several streets over, but it does fill up quickly. We tried contacting the property manager and never heard back from them. We also contacted the property owner Paul, who was quick to respond. While there we utilized the club house to play board games with a couple of local friends. The neighborhood was friendly, quiet, and scenic.
