The exterior staircase leads to the upper level which consists of an entrance hall with two separate WC, a shower room and a corridor which serves 3 double bedrooms including 1 Suite.

Automatic gate, Mediterranean garden, space to park 4 cars, heated pool, pool house that can serve as a dining area, equipped with a fridge and a freezer.
A ping-pong table is there to animate evenings and petanque parties can be held on the side of the villa.
