Stable Conversion Near Lulworth Cove/Jurassic Coast

Step out of the front door and you are next to Winfrith Heath and Tadnoll nature reserve The single storey 'Stable' has been beautifully restored and equipped to a very high standard with the emphasis on making your stay as comfortable as possible. It has two double bedrooms each with a double bed (both with en-suite). An open-plan design links the kitchenette, dining and lounge areas. The property stands within the one acre grounds of the owners' Grade 2 listed cottage and the outlook from all aspects is onto the garden which is also yours to share (and enjoy the peace and tranquillity) while you are here. Garden furniture is supplied, during summer months. Bed linen and towels are supplied and electricity/water and free high speed wifi are included in the cost. Unfortunately, The Stable is unsuitable for either very young children (5 years old and younger) or pets.
There are two designated parking places for The Stable, off road, just outside our gate.

We had such a lovely stay at Paul’s place over the new year period. The space was perfectly set up for two couples. We cooked food from the local farm shop and read loads of books while listening to the wind up radio! Would happily stay again

Lovely Property

This is our second stay. We loved the location, very convenient for many places. We visited Lulworth Cove, Bournemouth, Poole, Weymouth, Shaftesbury and Bridport. The accommodation is the perfect place for a week’s getaway.

Family holiday stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was really well equipped and homely, well kept and with great, welcoming hosts. The Stables was central to all of Dorsets amazing beaches and scenery and for us it made a great holiday. We would definitely recommend and return!

Excellent cottage with everything on hand and carefully managed - thanks to Paul for being so helpful a host. The location near the coast at Lulworth and handy for Dorchester , Weymouth and Wareham/Swanage suited us and was handy. Visit Hardys birthplace and TE Lawrence chapel at Morton and Clouds Hill. A real "home from home"

The Stables is in a lovely setting and the accommodation is excellent with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host is very helpful and friendly. The area nearby is excellent for walking and this part of Dorset is really nice. Highly recommended.

Lovely holiday.

The accommodation was excellent. Well furnished and comfortable. Ideally located in a good position close to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove and central to the numerous other places of interest. The owner, Paul, was friendly and helpful.

Family of three adults stayed for a week. What can we say?! Firstly, the propertywas spotless with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, and more. Parking right outside the stable which was very convenient. Secondly, Paul was amazing, very knowledgable about the area and he was so welcoming which made our stay even more pleasurable. Brady was the icing on the cake, greeting us every morning and when we arrived back in the evening, he is adorable, and we must admit he stole our hearts such a beautiful dog! Many firsts for us including red squirrels on Brownsea and white tailed sea eagles at Arne (Poole harbour). An amazing week and would 100% recommend!! Thank you x

We had a lovely time on our stay in this cosy and beautifully clean property all was as described, and the milk, tea and cookies were a lovely touch. The booking in process was really easy and Paul was a good host. Spot on!

The hosts were friendly, available and helpful with lots of tips on places to visit. The Stables were clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had walks on our doorstep and plenty of interesting places to visit including the world’s only scanners which is a site to behold. We would definitely book again if in the area.
