Check in experience was not very pleasant. Receptionist was very unhelpful and some how rude, especially when we asked for extra pillow for our son. Also we were charged extra 20€ for a small dog, even though there was no notice during booking, we will need to pay extra. Room was clean and comfortable, but there was no A/C. The night was very warm, we couldnt leave window open because it was facing parking lot and street and there was a lot of noise coming from arriving guests.

Only a breakfast option but the amount of food was amazing. Internet worked really well no problems. The bed was comfortable and my daughter slept on the sofa bed and had no problems with it. Bathroom door had no lock tho Sofa bed wasn’t done up and the lady on reception was a little rude as to why I needed it and like I explained I booked a room that can hold 4 so my daughter could have a bed! A gentleman behind the desk then came and put sheets etc on. I did use hotel.com to book the room and breakfast and on arrival was told my daughter wasn’t down for breakfast so had to pay more, website needs to change as only gave me option to book breakfast which I added and it didn’t state she wasn’t added, a little wrong!

The room was excellent and comfortable. I did not have time to sample the breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning. The only downside was parking. The hotel only has a very small car park, most guests will have to park in the surrounding streets

Modern design-style hotel with good sized rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the area there's a good selection of restaurants from Greek to traditional German. My only negative was the tiny bathroom in a room designed for 4. I'm not sure who designed this, but they need to have another think. A minor point otherwise as it's a good hotel.
