Tuck's Treasure

Tucks Treasure is a stunning, spacious retreat just steps from Lake Michigan and the charming towns of Saugatuck and Douglas. Designed for families, friends, and multi-generational getaways, this home combines comfort, style, and outdoor living for an unforgettable Michigan escape.

Inside, sunlight pours through large windows into the open living space, highlighting a plush sectional and multiple seating areas perfect for relaxing, watching movies, or sharing laughter. The fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances and ample counter space, flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a large expandable table seats 10 for meals, game nights, or long conversations over morning coffee.

Outside, the oversized deck offers plenty of space to unwind or gather, with multiple seating areas and dining options. The screened porch is a serene spot for quiet mornings or evening drinks. A private hot tub provides year-round relaxation, while the fire pit with Adirondack chairs invites cozy evenings under the stars. The lawn is perfectly sized for outdoor games or for little ones to play, and the surrounding landscape brings frequent sightings of deer, turkeys, and other wildlife.

The home sleeps up to 12 with six spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Four king bedrooms, three with ensuite bathrooms, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds ensure comfort and privacy for all.

Perfect set up for us

We are very satisfied with our stay at Tuck’s treasure. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms made this a great set up for many family members. The back deck was fantastic as it is so large and a great space to have other family stop by to visit.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Our family (ages 4+) loved staying at this home. It is centrally located to multiple beaches, downtown Saugatuck, Douglas, and more. Great home for people of all ages. The listing was exactly as the periphery stated and the check in and check out process was seamless. Would stay again!

Enjoyable Tucks

Great house. Everything you need for a great stay. Outside hot tub and fire area was great for all of the family. Morning coffee with the deer, feeding in the back yard, best way to start the day. All and all very relaxing stay.

Beautiful home for larger groups!

A group of ladies stayed at Tucks Treasure for a weekend away! The setup of the home was perfect for 10 ladies. Bedrooms were huge with king beds and 3 of the 5 with adjoining bathrooms. The deck is enormous with tons of seating. Nice bon fire pit area and a hot tub. Overall, fantastic place to stay!!

The property was better than expected, very clean. We had 10 adults in the house and it fit us all very well. The hot tub was very clean and worked well. Mill Pond Reality was great to work with, they stayed in touch from the booking through the end of the stay.

Girls Trip

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! We had 8 of us total and this house was so spacious. There were plenty of bathrooms and rooms for everyone to spread out comfortably. The house was stocked with everything that we needed as well. The outside area was beautiful! We even had deer that came into the yard. The hot tub was roomy and clean. We would definitely return here!

Perfect Family Getaway in Saugatuck: Clean, Functional, and Relaxing with a Great Deck

We recently stayed at a VRBO in Saugatuck with 7 adults and 2 kids and had a great experience. The property was clean, very functional, and well-stocked. The best part was the deck with ample seating and a lovely lawn, creating a relaxing ambiance and a nice place to hang out. Its proximity to Lakeshore Drive made it easy to walk around and enjoy the area. The only downside was having to pick up the key from the management office; a number lock would have been more convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.
