Our freestanding modern studio cottage is located on what once dairy farm.

Welcome to Hoffman Farm! The cottage is filled with original art , modern appliances and conveniences. Its a stufio, one large room with separate kitchen, Living, Sleeping and bathroom areas. To enter the cottage guests will need to climb 18 outdoor stone steps. We welcome you to our private compound but ask that as we respect your privacy, you will do the same for us. Parking is always available and aside from the cottage itself, you will have use of a private deck and waterfall patio

Lovely historic retreat
Great stay. Cozy, comfortable accommodation. Close to PA turnpike so super convenient. Loved the fireplace inside, spacious deck space and charming waterfall built into the hillside. Highly recommend!!

The Cottage is a gem and it was perfect for a family weekend in Downingtown. Beautiful grounds, tasteful decor and very comfortable. Secluded without being out of the way. We will be back for sure.
