Seaclusion, the third Houseboat in our "fleet" of 4, is located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing west). This two-bedroom, one-bathroom floating getaway sleeps 4 people (2 queen beds) and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a banquette dining table with plenty of seating. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the boats or a glass of wine with the sunset.

You are steps away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Walk to many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's baseball, Ice Flyer hockey, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are just a short drive away, as is the National Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels).

Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking.

Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station.

Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children, people with stability issues, or accessibility issues (i.e. wheelchair - standard door widths throughout).

Perfect Zen stay - just like the title says

I will say this is one of the very best stays I have ever had- the experience from beginning to end, everything was perfect. The location is excellent, peaceful , clean , excellently apportioned. One of the most comfortable properties I have experienced and cannot wait to go back - restaurants and local attractions very walkable... the hosts even noted that it was my birthday and went above and beyound! Best Kept Secret

Fantastic

This was one of the most unique places we have stayed! So fun for a soccer tournament weekend with grandparents. Loved being close to the Fish house for dinner and downtown Pensacola for food and shopping. Great spot! Would highly recommend and stay again!

Serenity on the water…

What a wonderful stay! We enjoyed every min we spent in the home. The front porch was a great place to unwind, the views of the water and harbor were peaceful and set the atmosphere for a tranquil night. Stunning Houseboat

Absolutely stunning and exceptional houseboat. 5-stars is not even a high enough review. Everything was as listed and better. Furnishing, super comfortable beds, and so clean. I would highly recommend staying here. Stellar communication with the property manager. Two very nice restaurants in the marina. Walk to downtown is less than 5 mins. Don’t think twice; book it! We will be back.

Perfect location and a beautiful place!

We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Will definitely book again on our next visit.

A fun Florida stay!

Wonderful Houseboat

We celebrated our 38th anniversary there. We walked in to a super clean beautiful house. Beds were so comfortable! On the kitchen table was a Happy Anniversary gift bag. In the bag was a small Nothing but Bundt cake, a gift card to The Oar restaurant which was fabulous. Thanks so much!

Really cool boathouse

Stayed two night to drive boat around NAS to see the air show. Houseboat is clean, has a great patio and well appointed for 4 people. Great local two blocks off Palafox. Will be back.
