Beautifully renovated Mediterranean house with a perfect view and pool

A private getaway from the busy city life. Newly remodeled and upgraded appliances. The spacious terrace is a great location to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the beautiful sunrise or enjoy a peaceful aperitif in the afternoon before eating an exceptional meal among the stars. There are outdoor patio eating areas on the front terrace as well as the side terrace, depending on time of day and sun position. The view overlooks Draguignan and if you're lucky enough to be here during a holiday, you can see the town's fireworks in the distance. Very peaceful and quiet. It has an oxygen pool, which means, it's extremely clean and there are no chlorine or chemicals. The pool is great for swimming and tanning. Chairs are lined beside the pool and if you want to avoid the sun, there is a massive umbrella for your comfort.

En suite bathrooms in all bedrooms. This house provides three levels of living spaces. The top two floors are connected with three bedrooms, three showers, two toilets, kitchen, living room, and a dining room. The bottom floor is independent from the house and gives the guests a bedroom, shower, toilet, and living room that walks out onto the pool level. The house has heated floors and air conditioning throughout the entire house with a control for each individual room. We have added tempur-pedic toppers to each bed for extra comfort. Very soft sheets. Parking is gated in, free and safe. Driveway is perfect for pétanque.

It has a BBQ grill. There are two washers and two dryers and you are welcome to use them for free.

Downtown Draguignan is a 5-10 minute drive. There is a Fresh Market and a patisserie just 5 minutes drive at the bottom of the hill with Carrefour and everything you could need within a 10 minute drive.
