This hotel is conveniently located near the Altmarket and a tram stop. It is a new hotel, with some construction occurring in one side. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The fitness center and breakfast were both excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it.

Bright foyer is welcoming. Staff very helpful in a friendly relaxed manner. I was very happy with my room. Great shower. Bar disappointing . Small choice. Walking distance to alt Markt and all the sights. I recommend this hotel and would return

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und teilweise auch noch nicht fertig gestellt. Es macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, da es halt noch nicht abgewohnt ist. Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist hervorragend. Leider macht das Personal den Eindruck, als ob sie noch „üben“ Es ist keine Routine spürbar und somit wirkt es etwas unprofessionell. Mit Problemen wird sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert umgegangen. Jedoch mangelt es an der Umsetzung. Ich würde ihnen noch etwas Zeit geben, bevor wir wiederkommen.

Ein schönes Hotel mit einer hervorragenden Lage, das Servicepersonal was wir kennenlernen durften war freundlich und machte möglich was möglich zu machen war,beim Check in waren die Zimmer nicht fertig und das ging den Gästen die nach uns kamen auch so, oder Zimmer wurden vergeben die noch nicht gereinigt waren.Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und das Houskeeping sollte das auch unbedingt wissen…und vorallem nicht ohne zu klopfen die Zimmer betreten. Im Gossen und Ganzen schönes Hotel ( noch ein wenig unorganisiert aber lieb gemeint unorganisiert) uns hat das alles nicht so sehrgestört, wir sind da entspannt.Wir schauen noch mal wieder vorbei♥️

Extrem lange Wartezeiten beim CheckIn. Front Desk Personal war mit allem beschäftigt wie Kofferservice und anderem unnötigem Kram. Zugangsanfrage zur Tiefgarage wurde ignoriert (klingeln an der Schranke)

Das Gastronomische Angebot war leider nicht so gut. Wir hatten an beiden Tagen erst nach einer längeren Wartezeit eine Tisch. Dann gab es keine Teller. Viele Sachen waren alle und wurden nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ viele Wünsche offen, die Auswahl war nicht besonders groß und dann war die angebotene Wurst schon grau(grün). Das Rührei war geschmacklos und auch für Kinder war nicht wirklich etwas im Angebot. Insgesamt hat man für den Preis für eine Nacht wenig bekommen
