Your holiday apartment Alte Kelterei Nr. 2 in Dresden-Lockwitz

The apartment is located Dresden-Lockwitz with a historic, renovated village center. It has a living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including hob with ceramic hob and oven and a dishwasher.

The spacious living area is furnished with a couch. Furthermore, the living area is equipped with a large LED TV (49 inches). You can listen to the radio via the LED TV. The living area is completed by the adjoining, large balcony which invites you to linger.

The bedroom is equipped with a large bed 180cm x 200 cm, a single bed 90cmx200cm and a wardrobe.

The children's room are equipped with a single bed 90cmx200cm and a bunk bed 90cmx200cm.

The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.

A separate storage room / cloakroom in the apartment offers additional storage space (eg for luggage bags).

Laminate is laid in the living, child and sleeping areas. Kitchen, bathroom, hall and storage room are equipped with granite floor tiles.

A parking space is available on the property of the house free of charge.

The apartment is very well on the motorway A17 - exit Dresden Nickern or Heidenau - reachable.

The indicated price includes:
Water, electricity, heating, final cleaning,
Linen package per person: consisting of a large and a small towel, sheets and a tea towel

If my guests request the exchange of linen during their stay, a flat rate of 10,00 EUR per person is charged.

Please note: As of 01. 07. 2015, the city of Dresden will charge an accommodation tax.

Furthermore, the following things are additionally available to my guests:
- Detailed maps about Dresden and the Saxon Switzerland
- Timetable information of the Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe
- A small library with interesting little books, for example about Dresden
- First aid kit
- various board games for all ages
- Umbrellas for bad weather

Bakers, restaurant, bank, shopping center Nickern are located in the vicinity and are within walking distance in a few minutes.

Arriving by car:
The apartment is very easy to reach via the motorway A17 - exit Dresden Nickern. On the property is a parking space (# 5) reserved for arriving guests by car. This is available to my guests free of charge. There is no surcharge.

Arriving by plane and further öfftl. transport:
From Dresden Airport please use the S-Bahn direction Pirna / Bad Schandau or Schmilka to Bhf. Dresden-Niedersedlitz. From Dresden-Niedersedlitz take the local bus no. 89- direction Dresden Lockwitz to the terminus Lockwitz.

At the final stop Lockwitz you walk towards Sparkasse and follow the main road to the right and cross it on the bridge. Immediately at the bridge is a weather column with a frog at the top. From there you walk along the well-recognizable footpath (Am Wehr). The footpath becomes after approx. 100 meters to the road. Follow the road until you come to a large parking lot. This can already be seen from afar. From the car park keep left towards Kreischa. When leaving the parking lot, you are directly at the object.

Arrival Deutsche Bahn and continue öfftl. transport:
From Hbf. Dresden please use the S-Bahn direction Pirna / Bad Schandau or Schmilka to Bhf. Dresden-Niedersedlitz. From Dresden-Niedersedlitz take the local bus no. 89- direction Dresden Lockwitz to Lockwitz. Alternatively you can use the bus line no. 66- from the main station. In the direction of Lockwitz use the terminus Lockwitz.
