Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom holiday home at Skipsea Sands, accommodating up to 8 guests, near to a sea view and close to the facilities.

Inside, you'll find:

- three bedrooms: one double and four single beds,
- an additional double sofa bed if required
- two bathrooms

There are no facilities open outside these months including the shop. Self-catering: Guests will need to bring their own bedding, towels & toiletries, bedding can be supplied at a small cost. £5 for a single bed, £10 for a double. **Every effort is made to keep the decking area clean of seagull  droppings, please ensure this is cleaned if becomes soiled while you are in the caravan for your health and safety.
