The hotel is less than 6 months old and it is pristine. The staff checked in on us within minutes to ask if the room met our expectations and to see if we needed any additional help. Our stay was delightful!

The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. The front desk clerk should remain at front desk--not sitting in the back room or cleaning up after bkfst service. Think more staff is needed at peak traffic times. Also asked for a paper statement and was told it was emailed. It was not. The only hotel out of 4 (3 were 'by Hiltons') that week that did not have additional desk staff/manager at front desk to thank guests at check-out.

Room was neat and clean. Thursday night, Friday morning and Friday night, no hot water for shower…Friday night, a dog barked most of the night and early morning…Both nights and mornings, children running races on the floor above us…for nearly a $500 price tag for two nights, I expected a lot more! I learned my lesson…If I’m going to get cheap, I might as well pay for cheap!

It is a great location to stay and visit the Ark Encounter. Property is exceptionally clean. Breakfast was wonderful. I have no complaints.

Best breakfast ever. Room was perfect, clean, quiet and very comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and there isn’t one single negative thing I could say about this place. We loved sitting at the fire pit in the evening. We’ll definitely return.

The staff was very informative, helpful and considerate. One lady, that worked with the breakfast crew, kept things cleaned up, was friendly to everyone and had a sense of humor. I had a very good experience at this hotel!

Breakfast good, room was awful, had no washcloths, dirty stained towels . Pillows were and bed uncomfortable. No dish soap. Pool smelled and very cold. We arrived at 3:30 and room wasn’t ready. Had handicap room reserved and never got it
