The Space:

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).



Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.



Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Late Check-in Fee: A surcharge of AED 200 applies for check-ins between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.



Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only. Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.



Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1500.



Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay.



If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee. Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.



Please be advised that construction works are currently taking place in the vicinity of the building. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Please be advised that there is an on-going fit-out works on the 10th and 57th floor between 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday. No noisy works will be carried out on Saturdays.
