What an amazing hotel. Very clean and friendly staff , we took our 9 month old also and he started walking and of course wanted to be in everything. All the staffs were very friendly, and super super nice. Housekeeping staff imrian was very into detail when he was providinf service, he was informative and got questions answered. Downpart for me was the pool as its not as big and due to it been so hot and Humid everyone wanted to be under an umbrella which wasnt enough. Breakfast there is a must , you get fried rice for breakfast wow. I will definitely be staying here again when ever I visit Dubai...

Comfortable, clean and spacious hotel, with good facilities apart from the pool area, which was smaller than expected but had great views. We loved our room! The views were beyond excellent! We had the best views of Dubai from our room! Peaceful environment, friendly door staff, and facility staff. However, the desk staff were not as helpful, they did not reward us with our Skyward points, nor did they offer us a discounted breakfast or dinner package. Food at the hotel was nice but slightly expensive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, but the desk staff could have offered a better service.
