Excellent perfect location
Absolutely amazing property , perfect location and the communication was excellent. Even got us an early check in, I would Definantly stay again had everything we needed and more only thing that let it down was the pool in our tower was getting work done so was told we could use another towers pool next door literally 1 min walk but we was out everyday so wasn’t needed

Terrible experience - to avoid
Our stay at this apartment was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end.
Communication leading up to check-in was non-existent.
We sent numerous inquiries without response.
Finally, check-in instructions were sent via WhatsApp, only to be contradicted by different instructions sent via email.
After getting into our apartment, other guests showed up, claiming it was their apartment. The organization then had the audacity to ask us to move! We, of course, refused.
The situation deteriorated further the following day when we discovered cockroaches in the room. I moved the bed to follow and deal with the cockroaches, and was horrified to find a huge amount of filth underneath: hair, dust, paper, used tissues, condom packs.
The level of uncleanliness was simply unacceptable.
As if all this wasn't enough, they then sent an email (by mistake) requesting us to check out a day early, a full day before our actual booked departure date. We, naturally, refused. Despite this, staff still came to our room the following morning, waking us up and causing further disturbance.
The combination of poor communication, organizational chaos, unsanitary conditions, and disrespectful behavior from the staff made this stay a bad experience.
