Missed opportunity

The apartment is cosy and well-located—just steps from the beach, with a nice pool area and great access to both the Marina and JLT, making it suitable for both business and leisure stays. As a base, it ticks a lot of boxes, especially if you’re looking for something close to the water. That said, the Wi-Fi was a major letdown. The connection was consistently poor to the point of being unusable, which made video calls and streaming impossible. For business travelers in particular, this was a real drawback. The pool, while a great amenity, was often very busy and not particularly relaxing. Also quiet some construction noise. Communication with the host was okay, but unfortunately, the issues I raised weren’t really addressed. For that reason, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
