Elevator ques

Good location . Big room . BUTT Too busy with a low quality single clients and their guests ... not suitable for families . elevators takes too long to each either going up or down .. Never again at this hotel

great staff great location

Pros: The entire staff upon entering the hotel was very nice and accommodating specifically estela who upgraded my room when my room I booked was not ready
Cons: initially not enough bed sheets on the bed but when requested more was added for a warm comfortable sleep
Location: Great location was close to local restaurants as well as within a 5 min walk to the metro station to take the train Dubai mall, burj khalifa, etc
had a very nice experience, the staff was very accommodating, nice and acknowledged me by my name after my first night. The location is great for city views and for being able to catch the train to local malls, city landmarks and staff was great with tips to make my Dubai experience more enjoyable.
