The property is located at the heart of Ajman , with a very friendly neighborhood.The beach is just 4.3 miles away(ten minutes by cab).Apart from that the local mall is just 2.3 miles away (6 minutes).Dubai Airport is 20 minutes away.There are at least 4 to 5 supermarkets at a walking distance and ,all restaurants in Ajman includes free home delivery.In addititon to all this the complete building has 24/7 surveillance of the area and the co-host will be available 24/7.
