Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

⏰ Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED600.00

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Important Note: There is a hotel bar and swimming pool located next to the apartment. Music plays daily until 2:00 AM, which may be heard from the unit. Please consider this when booking.

- Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas
Conduct that is not in accordance with these rules may result in:
