- Provide passport copies before arrival for building registration.
- No smoking.
- No pets.
- Lost/damaged keys or parking cards incur a replacement fee.
- Housekeeping available at the best rate. Extra linens/towels subject to extra charge.
All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows:
2 to 7 nights: AED 300
8 to 28 nights: AED 750
Over 28 nights: AED 1,250
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference.
- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.
