This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment will make you feel like you are in a luxurious 5 star hotel. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, access to the swimming pool and gymnasium. You can also benefit from the TV entertainment package if you just feel like relaxing at home.



The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven and stove. There is a comfortable dining table to seat six and the living area has a comfortable sofa, smart TV and lounge chairs. There is also a laundry cupboard and neat balcony.



The master bedroom uses a 180x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom and the apartment also has a guest bathroom by the entrance.





Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with Nespresso machine, a toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.

We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth stay: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 AM. Kindly provide photocopies of all guests' passports and visas before check-in, and be prepared to sign a check-in form upon arrival. A fine of AED 500 will be applied for smoking inside the apartment. Please note that the apartment is located on the 38th floor and offers stunning views. Complimentary parking is available for your convenience. For any lost access cards or keys, a fine of AED 500 and AED 200 will be applied respectively. We hope you enjoy your stay!
