The hotel location and cleanliness are great. I booked it for my parents to celebrate my father’s milestone birthday. Unfortunately not only the stuff missed the cake on his birthday but after reminding about it the next day, they delivered it with a wrong name on congratulatory message :/ It’s unacceptable for such a high price hotel.

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Palm Jumeirah. The staff there are all incredibly friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. The dining at the Levantera for the buffet was excellent. We are plant based so it can often be challenging to find good options to eat but the staff made such great effort by showing us exactly what we could eat and also created extra plant based dishes for us which we really appreciated. The facilities at the hotel are also great. The gym is a good size and has very good quality equipment so you can get a really good workout there. We spend a little time by the pool which we enjoyed. It wasn’t overcrowded and you could easily get a sun lounger when needed. Overall it was a fantastic holiday and I would recommend the Marriott Palm Jumeirah for the great service, quality and location.

My stay at your hotel was absolutely wonderful. I travel frequently, and I can honestly say this was the best service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, the porters went above and beyond—assisting with my luggage and helping arrange taxis and Ubers for my family and me. I arrived earlier than expected, and was pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready. This made a big difference, as it allowed my child to rest right away. The welcome amenities in the room and the thoughtful goody package for my child were lovely touches. The front desk staff, housekeeping team, and restaurant staff were all exceptional. Every interaction was warm, professional, and made our stay truly special.

Fantastic hotel

Hotel was in the perfect location, right on the beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful and a good choice of on site restaurants. The room was spacious and bathroom was also a good size. Our family recently stayed at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, and we had a wonderful experience, especially traveling with our baby. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and we were particularly touched by how they remembered our son’s name every time they saw him—it made the stay feel extra special. The amenities for our baby were excellent; the cot provided was comfortable and well-prepared, making our stay much easier. The breakfast selection each morning was fantastic, with a great variety to suit all tastes. One of the highlights was the half-board dining option, which offered a good selection of restaurants. There was plenty of credit included, allowing us to enjoy a filling meal and a drink without any issues. The food quality across the restaurants was excellent. The service was exceptional—all staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Any small issues we encountered were swiftly resolved with respect and efficiency. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families. We would definitely be happy to visit again!
