This is a little older hotel but with excellent rooms, good pub and restaurant on-site, good pool and gym with a shuttle or 20 minute walk from the airport.

The room was spacious though a bit dated. The room and beds were clean and the amenities were ok. Breakfast was good too. The rooms are not sound proof. I could clear hear conversations from the next room. I only stayed for a night. So I was not bothered as much. But clearly wouldn't choose the hotel for a longer stay. Also seems like this hotel is were all budget airlines put their staff. I had to wade through a horde of airlines staff at the lobby to get to check-in. It was very loud and noisy if that bothers you. Tip : make sure you get a room on the left side of the hotel(closer to the swimming pool) which seems to have a better vibe.

This hotel is perfect for an overnight in Dubai. You can get a shuttle to and from the airport and the hotel has a lovely restaurant and coffee shop if you don't want to venture out in the city.
