This is an excellent hotel to stay in Dubai. We stayed here for four days and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were highly professional, courteous, and supportive throughout our stay. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Dubai Airport, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned daily. The in-house restaurant offered high-quality food, and we did not feel the need to dine elsewhere during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families seeking comfort and convenience.

This hotel is a joke! Definitely not a 4* experience. The staff are very unaccommodating. Have not told us upon check in that the swimming pool was to be closed for the rest of the day so spoilt our stay completely. Didn't honour the 20% discount on food either. The answer was: we can't do anything more. It is messy and not the experience we got everywhere else in Dubai! Avoid!

Room was quite nice. Breakfast is good. Staff were exceptionally helpful and we arrived two ours prior to our check in and were given early check in free of charge. Also hotel shuttle bus to airport was free and on time.

The level of noise by staff or workers carrying out maintenance unbelievably even after midnight. My first food in the social bar upset me and I had to take a tablet. The next time I ate in the Mexican bar they couldn’t even supply what was in the dish. Overall I did not enjoy my stay and I wouldn’t recommend it from a noise point of view.
