Chef Omer cooked the best cheese omelette exactly the way we wanted. The receptionist staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were really dark so we slept very well

I have stayed in this hotel many times when it was under the movepick brand. I recently stayed again now that it's under oaks brand. The hotel needs to be painted and then food offering isnt as good as it once was. But the staff are very good. I have gold status membership with hotels.com which entitled me to an upgrade.however the hotel did not give me one, they actually didnt seem to be aware of this benefit. So not really worth gold members staying here. The hotel is a solid 4 star hotel. Better to book directly with the hotels website for the best deals.

My hotel room was close to the marina where the rest of my family was staying. Management was great they sent me a free drink voucher everyday I was there because my room when arriving had a few minor issues (an inoperable mini fridge and someone left a few boxes behind below the tv). It would also be nice to have new yoga matts in the gym. All in all it was an enjoyable stay! I sincerely mean that.
