Overall quite good! Excellent pool, service, view to die for! One minor issue with restaurant that was professionally resolved and much appreciated. That said we were surprised that the food and restaurant at the towers Rotana across the road was better (we stayed there last time) but that more than balances out with what Rayhaan has better. Would I stay at Rayhaan again? Yes!

I had my birthday while I was in there and they were fantastic ! They surprised me with a birthday cake and a card when I came back from the beach and they also decorated my bed with a beautiful red cushion and a runner which said Happy Birthday on it. They went an extra mile!

nice hotel

the room was really nice, as we had it upgraded to a suite. my family really loved the room, we had soo much space. the only downside was the windows, which were not clean, but when we was leaving they had ppl cleaning the whole building The hotel room phone was not working, we reported it few times with no fix, had to go all the way down from 62nd floor any requests. when we was leaving for the airport, we used the hotel taxi for a fixed negotiated price, but the driver decided to charge us 35 AED extra saying it was some tax charge. was not happy about this, wont be using service again.
