I paid extra For Burj Khalifa view and all i got is dirty windows. Very dirty! And i didn’t stay for couple days . I stayed for 10 nights! Windows was horribly dirty! Cleaning didn’t vacuum or clean the dust. I would never go back to that hotel again’

Very comfortable rooms and convenient room layout. Extremely convenient location to trains. Terrific staff! Islam and Maria and Faith in the restaurants were always friendly, efficient, and as accommodating as possible. They made our enjoyable restaurant meals even more pleasant! Would def stay again.

The check on process was beyond exhausting. It took over 1.5 hrs to check in, as the front desk staff could not find the reservation. We shared our passports, the Expedia booking number, emails, etc, yet it took forever to finally be granted a room. It was a despicable experience. While the hotel is overall ok, the expediency and efficiency of the staff really matters. This must be brought to their attendtion.
