Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on, on the Palm Jumeirah. With sandy beaches and lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk to without having to take any form of transport, the apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The Palm Mall is opposite this apartment which is very handy.

Our charming studio apartment is located on the 4th floor so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, the apartment itself has a spacious sitting room complete with a smart TV that has satellite. There is also free WIFI so sprawl out on the sofa and check those emails or upload your pictures of the day to your favourite social media accounts. There are amazing Burj Al Arab and sea views from the apartment, which all help with the great vibe.

The kitchen is stocked, we've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine/dryer also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There a 2 beds to choose from, we will leave you to fight over who has what (2 adults max can stay in this apartment at anyone time):

There is a private car parking space (as well as many visitor spaces).

The nearest shops are in the Palm Mall, which even has a cinema as well as top brands such as H&M, Waitrose, Fitness First gym and lots of restaurants. This is located right opposite you, so very easy to get to.

There is also a licensed spots bar called Barrels 12, licensed café/eatery called Ella's, a gym and sushi restaurant located on the ground floor along with a chemist and dry cleaners, all within your building.

Beach/pool access:
There are lots of options to use local beaches and all you need to do is eat and/or drink there. We recommend Club Vista Mare (licensed restaurants with a minimum spend to enjoy the beach and pool facilities) or Riva beach club, with pool and beach access.

The hotel 'Dukes' is a mere 3/4 minute walk away and they do offer beach and pool access subject to a small charge which is redeemable on food and drink purchases .

The nearest public transport is the Palm metro which has a stop in the Mall opposite. This then connects you to the rest of the City.

The Neighborhood:
The tree-shaped Palm Jumeirah island is known for glitzy hotels, posh apartment towers and upmarket global restaurants. Food trucks offering snacks like shawarma dot the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, popular for its views of the Dubai coastline and the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel. Beach clubs with spas and infinity pools turn into boisterous nightclubs with live DJs in the evening.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are taxis and Uber if you prefer.

Other Things to Note:
SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150.

AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
