The towers are protected by 24 x 7 security and CCTV surveillance, there is a central air conditioning system, which is powered by FEWA. Guests do not have to pay any extra charges to avail the air condition facilities. There are excellent and timely services in Ajman One Towers.

There is party hall in Ajman One Towers, which can be used for parties, events and gatherings.

There is a world-class gym in Ajman One Towers, accompanied by a steam and sauna room.

CONCIERGE AND GUEST SERVICES
A concierge is always available to attend to residents and visitors. Guests can park their cars in public parking spaces, and use their PIN code to access the apartment, the guest will find parking access card that they can use to park their car inside the building, in addition, guests will find 2 RF cards to use on the apartment smart lock.

PET-FRIENDLY
Pets are allowed in Ajman One Towers, but this can be further discussed with the management or landlords.

SAFETY FEATURES
There are efficient fire fighting and fire alarm systems in Ajman One Towers, also, there is a first aid medical center for emergency situations.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION

- Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 12 PM (12:00 HRS)

-Self-Check-In and Out apartment has a smart lock, booking a PIN code will be sent to the guest to access the apartment

-Unauthorized late check-out after 12 PM (12:00 HRS) is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate.

-Early Check-in from 8 AM (8:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate

-Late Check-out by 3 PM (15:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate
