Great location, friendly concierge. Excellent check in/out process. Called taxis for us to get to and from places. Safe and fun neighborhood. A bit loud at night but to be expected if you stay in that part of town. Would definitely stay again.

Our first room was very small and very noisy at night. We asked to be moved and they readily changed us to a larger quieter room. The hotel is in a great location and staff are amazing. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great and we had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was perfect.

Hotel located in outstanding area of city. Room was somewhat small, but staff and service was excellent. Rooms were warm and a/c did not cool down room so had to leave window open for two nights. Breakfast very good.

Perfect location to explore the key sites in Dublin Restaurant on site for breakfast was good although lots of options in the area. Friendly service by staff especially Roger in the restaurant. Recommended

Comfortable and well presented room. Could do with some non-caffein options with the tea and coffee machine, such as peppermint or camomile tea, though the Irish Breakfast Tea was very good, and cups lovely. Some early morning noise outside, perhaps from street cleaning, but that probably goes with central location, and clean streets. Convenient for the part of town I needed and for places to eat. Staff friendly and efficient with no fuss.

There was no door man or power doors though out our stay to help with our bags. No one at the door to great you. The bed was okay to sleep, plenty of coffee in the room. The bathroom was clean and plenty of room for our toiletries.
