Convenient to the airport but waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at airport. The hotel is rated as 4 star but I would say 3, the rooms were average.

Close, but no cigar

Pros: The size of the room as well as the layout of the bathroom.
Cons: Hot water, better staffing, improved menu for room service
Location: There didn't appear to be anything to do within walking distance, though a short drive may get you to a shopping center.
The hotel has every appearance of being a nice hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated, with a lovely bathroom. The staff was courteous, though appeared to be overwhelmed and possibly understaffed -- it took us quite a while to check in, and when we finally did, our room key didn't work, so we had to go back down to the desk and get it fixed. Not a big deal by any means, but certainly an inconvenience. However, furniture was worn and chipped, room service was overpriced for both the portion size and the quality, we were unable to get truly hot water for bathing or showering, and the bed was quite frankly uncomfortable. We did not feel the hotel was worth what we paid. While it was not an awful experience, it certainly could have been improved upon.
