Beautiful hotel and grounds

This hotel was beautiful, large with all the amenities. We stayed for an event and it was perfect. This location is not close or easy to get to from the city centre so if you plan to sight see most days it is a 30 minute drive from downtown Dublin. If you are looking to relax, spa or play a round of golf; this hotel is perfect.

Nice hotel - clean rooms but pretty average with a less than comfy bed. Staff were polite but I wouldn’t go as far as to say friendly…..Breakfast was a pretty standard buffet but was nice! Castleknock is a Lovely, quiet and secluded area and is about a 15 min walk to the train which was a great way to get into the city - otherwise, taxis are the only option to get out of the neighbourhood, at about 30€ per ride!
