A wonderful property. Beautiful area (be warned google maps does try and confuse you). The welcome was warm, the staff were excellent and the rooms were brilliant. Will definitely be coming back!

This is a very clean and beautiful property. The outside grounds are very well kept and there are tables through to sit outside and enjoy the beauty. The spacious rooms have everything you need! Nice comfy beds, hot, clean showers with plenty of water pressure, a table, desk, large window, and a coffee and tea station with hot water pot. Nice bar, too!

Lack of communication

We have stayed here numerous times as it is close to family; and always enjoyed it. The last time and this stay had limited food options ( no food in November) only continental breakfast this time. We are fine with that if we had been told at the time of booking

No hot food

We have stayed in this hotel many times as it is close to visit family. Usually we have at least one evening meal and breakfast each day of our stay. Only when I was booking in did I find out that because of the renovations no hot food was available. I think that this should have been made clear at the time of booking. I would stay here again as the staff were efficient and friendly; also the room was good with a comfortable bed.
