The space
We invite you to our new home which we have recently completely renovated.
We paid special attention to details and colors to make you feel comfortable and at home. We want our apartment to be your oasis of peace and relaxation after full day exploration of Dubrovnik or swimming on the beach.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is a duplex apartment. On the ground floor there is a living area, dining area, kitchen, wardrobe and pantry.
The fully equipped kitchen offers dishwasher, toaster, electric water cooker, oven and stove, dishes.
The toilet is located on the ground floor and has a shower, a toilet and a hairdryer.
On the upper floor there is an open-type room. It has two beds, one king size bed and another standard double bed.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The apartment also offers a flat screen TV, a WiFi, 2x A/C, an equipped terrace.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Great stay!

we had a lovely stay, the apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay in dubrovnik, the location was perfect easy walk to beaches, bus stop, restaurants and bars. mira was super helpful and gave great recommendations at check in. perfect base for a trip to dubrovnik

Brilliant service!

Brilliantly positioned apartment for really good beaches (7 minute walk to he closest which has a great bar/ restaurant in the trees), buses for the old town and not too far to walk to get to restaurants. Super helpful both when we arrived and when left.

Great stay!

I absolutely relished my stay at this accommodation and was so grateful to have been able to enjoy it as a "home base" during my Croatia trip. The apartment is decently sized, decorated elegantly and cleaned to spotless perfection. It is easy to find and is located centrally so that access to beaches, broader Lapad and Dubrovnik Old Town is easy - mostly within walking distance, even! The area is super safe and very quiet. The host has thought of everything - creature comforts are provided and the air conditioning makes hot summer temperatures more tolerable. It was such a pleasure to have a helpful "neighbour host" living close by, who could assist me with check-in and provided such helpful information regarding nearby sites to explore. Thank you for this wonderful experience! I hope the space will be enjoyed by many more travellers to come.

I stayed at apartment Dam with my family:2 adults+2 kids. Kids liked the second level of this appartment the most. It was enough place for all of us. Apartment has everything you need, fridge, stove, even wasching machine. The host Mira was very friendly, helpful and gave us many usefull tips. You can get to the Old Town by bus in around 10 minutes. Beach Copacabana is in walking distance as well. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Spacious airconditioned apartment close to the old city

It is a spacious apartment with air condition and comfy beds and a great shower. It also has a washing machine. The beds are upstairs close to the stairs so if you are traveling with small kids that could be a bit dangerous since the railing has big gaps. Its a bit outside of dubrovnik in a nice neighborhood. The bus that takes u right to the city center in a couple of minutes is in walking distance, it goes up a hill tho. Thats just how the city is, lots of steps and hills. If you are coming by car, there is parking which was very important to us. We loved it here, felt safe and comfortable and would recommend staying here.

Appart au top et proprio super cool

La proprio Mira est super sympa elle donne d’excellents conseils qui vous feront faire des économies car la vie à Dubrovnik est très chère. Super appart confortable avec la Clim dans la chambre et la pièce de vie très bien situé 5 minutes du bus pour le centre ville de Dubrovnik et 10 à pied de 3 belles plages …et le top une place de parking réservée…le parking est rare et très chère à Dubrovnik

Brilliant service!

Unser Aufenthalt in Lapad ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Mira, die uns an der Unterkunft begrüßt hat, hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps über die Gegend gegeben. In 5-10 Minuten kommt man zu Fuß an den Strand, es gibt 2 Supermärkte in Laufweite und auch Bushaltestelle, verschiedene Restaurants und der Hafen, an dem einige Bootstouren starten, sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist dennoch sehr ruhig und privat, draußen ist eine kleine Terasse und auch die Möglichkeit seine Strandhandtücher aufzuhängen. Die Unterkunft ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und würden den Aufenthalt hier auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Perfekt läge för oss som ville ha nära till stränder och butik. Lätt att ta sig med Uber överallt. Värden Mira är super härlig och väldigt hjälpsam. Vi rekommenderar lägenheten/läget starkt.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Como nas fotos, é até mais espaçoso. muito limpo e arrumado. Perto do porto, de supermercado e praia. A reserva é com Jelena mas vc precisa é tirar em contato com Mira para acessar o apartamento, o que dificultou o check in. Mira é muito simpática e deu dicas valiosas para aproveitarmos Dubrovnik.

Nos recibió Mira, fue muy gentil y simpatica nos explicó como movernos en la zona y nos dió muchas recomendaciones muy útiles. el apartamento es muy cómodo estaba todo impecable, muy limpio, está a 5 minutos de una playa bonita y frecuentada por la gente de la zona por lo que muchas veces la tenes solo para vos ❤️ , estas a poca distancia de la ciudad vieja con uber el que es muy economico las camas son muy comodas. pasamos una estadía hermosa, altamente recomendable

Great stay!

Logement impeccable, à 5 min à pieds de la plage et d’un petit super marché et à 10 min à pieds d’une rue plutôt animée avec divers restaurants. Les uber, très bons marchés, permettent de se rendre dans la vieille ville en 10 min. Hôte très chaleureuse et accueillante. Elle est restée disponible tout au long du séjour pour nous transmettre divers renseignements.

Appartamento perfetto e comodo per Dubrovnik

Tutto! Casa nuova, pulitissima e con tutte le comodità (abbiamo potuto utilizzare anche lavatrice e lavastoviglie). Host super disponibile e accogliente, ci ha dato tantissime indicazioni utili per il soggiorno. Parcheggio gratuito proprio davanti all’indirizzo. In 5 min a piedi si raggiunge la fermata del bus n6 che porta alle porte della città vecchia di Dubrovnik. In 15min a piedi si raggiunge una via pedonale con locali e chioschi che va fino al mare dal lato della città nuova.
