The location is great—quiet, private, and close to the old town—and the air conditioning worked well. But be aware: this apartment is extremely small. Picture a cruise ship cabin with barely enough room to open a suitcase on the floor. There’s nowhere to sit except the bed, and no real space to relax indoors.
More importantly, the photos in the listing are misleading. Several pictures show a completely different apartment (the one with purple bedding is not the apartment we got—we got the one with yellow bedding shown, though there was no actual comforter, just a sheet). One photo labeled "exterior" is actually of the Bellevue Hotel and beach, which have no relation to this property. Also we had an outdoor area with a table and two chairs, but it was not a balcony.
A practical tip: if you're using a taxi or Uber, set your destination as the police station next door. Otherwise, drivers will drop you on the street above, leaving you to hunt for the correct stairs down.
Bottom line: great location and functioning AC, but the space is tiny, and the listing photos create a misleading impression of what you're getting. This is fine if you're packing light and spending your time out and about—but set your expectations accordingly.
